Here we can post facts about NVSC

From Budapest to Gothenburg, the host cities were going, let's say up and down.

From Budapest we went in Reykjavik (up) and then down to Winterthur. Then again up in Gothenburg and now down in Denmark.
This means that the winner will be a country that is upper, this leaves :

1. Sweden
2. Norway
3. Estonia
4. Russia
5. Iceland
6. UK
7. Finland
8. Latvia

The winners were selected like this : Internal Selection, NS, NS, IS. This means that the next winner was choosed with a NS. This leaves those countries :

1. Sweden
2. Norway
3. Estonia
4. Latvia

Also, as Denmark did, France scoored 2 times a 2nd place, this means that France will fail in Denmark, but will win in the 6th edition and looking at the other "rules", it is attested.

Looking at how the top 5 entries were selected, we can say that :

The 1st place will be a NS
On the 3rd place will be an Internal Selection
At the 4th a NS
And at 5th and 2nd place - we don't know if it's going to be NS or IS, but it will be the same

Sweden hosted NViC 03 and then won, same as Denmark - Norway was the 2nd at the poll : who hosts NViC 04 - if Norway decides to go in that poll it might win. So, should we expect Oslo as the host of NVSC 06 ? As the other facts admit that Norway is able to win.
But same as Norway, Estonia is in cards. Denmark won in Sweden, as it happened in ESC and the winner in Denmark was Estonia.

So... Tallinn or Oslo ?
