Prior to the Eurovision finals this May, I saw some results of countries that never won so I thought to myself, why not do this with NVSC. And what's a more appropriate time than the 30TH edition. God, I'm old. Nobody knows who's gonna win. Or who can beat their countries displayed result. Search for yours.

Imo you should include only acts that have nothing to do with the NVSC country they represented. e.g. Børns representing Norway in #20 or Céline Dion representing Andorra in #2 and not Betta Lemme who actually has Italian roots
