System 1Only the participants of each semi final will vote in their semi final+the jury.In the final everyone will vote. System 2Everyone will vote in the Semi finals.And of course in the final  |

I think that everyone should have the chance to vote when they want, but that the obligation to vote will be only in the relevant semi final and in the final. For example, if i'm in semi 1, i'll have to vote in semi 1 and if i want i can (but not must to) vote in semi 2 and 3, and in the final i will have to vote anyway (even if i'm out).  |

I won't force anyone to vote in all semi finals But,many people don't vote or I must send to them 100 reminders to to vote in the final if they aren't in the fina  |
