So be it, but the chances to see 59(!) people make NS's are as low as you winning in a lottery.

I voted also no, because I think every participant has the right to choose the same country. With this extra it should look like the people who make a national selection has more rights then the people who don't want to make a national selection. Or don't have enough time, or don't have the right stuff to make it... et cetera. I understand the feeling of the people who want especially a special country and don't get it. I'd that problem many times in this contest, when I wouldn't start a national selecton but to select something internally. I think it's just a part of good luck to get the country which you want, and that part is to see in many contests. And finally I want to say that with this poll we could only know the opinion of the forumers, but I'm sure there are more YouTubers then forumers in this contest and they've also their opinion about this I guess. So in general I voted no, because I want this contest fair for everyone.

I say yes, because I believe that making a national selection really shows your devotion, so an NS maker deserves privileges.

It's a No from me! Because people will take the piss and pick the most popular countries everytime :/ It's unfair on people who don't have time to make NS

Imagine if flguk the UK, USA, Sweden etc... are taken in each and every edition..some of us won't be happy for sure But then you have to realize that many of those countries with a big music industry still has the opportunities, just by the neighbouring ministates. ( , , [img src=" www.printableworldflags.com/icon-flags/24/Liechtenstein.png" src="http://www.printableworldflags.com/icon-flags/24/Germany.png"] etc.) True, but why is it that NF's are always made for USA, Sweden , Germany etc.. and not for the ministates then? We are not going to agree for sure since we see this from a totally different perspective To be honest I really dont mind the 'Unser song fur den ISC' and all the other NF's its just that it seems more fair to me that all participants get to chose their country at the same time, despite making a NF or not. Oh and about NF's : Just because people send an internal song, doesn't mean that their interest is low in the contest... There could be several reasons to why people are not able to create a NF..

I'll definitely (try to) pick a smaller country each (second) edition!! (See I've done a CHINESE NS for #22. )
If 'yes' will stay the majority, does that mean that when #23 starts we can make a NS for #24 AND #25?
