If 'yes' will stay the majority, does that mean that when #23 starts we can make a NS for #24 AND #25?   China is smaller then  Germany?! LOL LOL LOL |

It's a No from me! Because people will take the piss and pick the most popular countries everytime :/ It's unfair on people who don't have time to make NS  There are enough smaller countries that can borrow.  =   =  +   =   = Svalbard (I guess ) =   =    = All of Oceania Most of the countries you listed cant borrow. A No from me. ^^ |

I'd also like each edition to get a smaller country because that way it will be more original and you wil get some points (like me in ISC 20 with  Ecuador) But I still think a NO. |
