i want to take Iceland, can i? No because 1. It's taken. 2. In this contest you can only take the country you're actually and another one only when you have strong connections there (which need to be explained). |

I 100% understand your point there. But does that mean that all the songs from Puerto Rico have to be sent by Usa? Saying this because the music from Puerto Rico is very different from the American music, even it's in a different language. That's kinda' sad But I get you, if it was the opposite then a lot of ''countries'' without recognition could join. |
