Moldova has confirmed participation in Eurovision Song Contest 2012. Songs which had to be in either Romanian or English could be submitted until January 16. The national final was on March 11, 2012. An expert jury selected 20 of 85 songs for the national final. The songs which didn't make it went through an online vote where 1 song became a wildcard, making it 21 songs in the final. 50% jury and 50% televote was used in the final.National Final winner[/size]
