The Palestinian Broadcasting Corporation is opting for joining the NBU, to participate in North Vision Song Contest, after also joining EastVision Song Contest, starting from the 7th edition.
Palestine would have the option to, if unable to find a Palestinian artist, to borrow from neighbour contry Lebanon, as is the same rule set in EastVision Song Contest.
Palestine hopes countries would like to see the country enter, as a new addition to the NBU, and making it possible for 1 new HoD, making the option towards Italy free, as Jeffry would be the first HoD of Palestine.
We can only hope we will join the NBU!

I would take Italy if Jeffry wanted to take Palestine. That is if in the end the application will be accepted by the NBU Council, if that happens you'll be the one, since you replied first.

It is, I will be searching for Palestinian artists, and if I really couldn't find one, it would be as stated in the clause borrowing from Lebanon would become possible.

TRM would decline the participation of Palestine! Palestine is not a 100% recognized state yet. 133 states have not accepted it yet, including Moldova and the by far most Western European states.

Kazakhstan supports Palestine's application only if Palestine will use it's own artists, not borrow.

But Moldova maintains a policy of neutrality in international affairs and is in favor for the settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict which calls for an independent Palestine. However if TRM says no then Ukraine can't do anything about it. As for us, Ukraine and NTU approves of Palestinian membership in NBU and participation in NVSC. However, the broadcaster have stated that they shouldn't be allowed to borrow from Lebanon (unless Lebanese singers have roots from Palestine) or any bordering Arab countries as Kosovo (who can borrow from Albania) and Faroes (who can borrow from Denmark) were declined participation by the NBU. Plus, Ukraine doesn't want to jeopardize the good diplomatic relations between Lebanon (which is the least Arab country who hates/have conflicts with Israel in the Middle-East) and Israel. But at the end of the day, it is still up to the NBU council to decide.
