 Spain doesn't support Palestine to become a member of the NBU since the country isn't fully recognized in Spain. Spain thinks it's also a bad idea to let Palestine borrow from  Lebanon since Palestine isn't even a neigbour country of Lebanon. |

No, because of those countries not recognizing it. NBU and NVSC is similar in this, that is why we do not have Kosovo there. |

RTL doesn't support 
We remember, the NBU Council pulled out Greenland's, Faroe Islands', Transnistria's and Kosovo's requests for the same reasons. It would be unfair, and it would create many scandals among the Northfans, and the various broadcasters. In addition, Palestine is a territory with ongoing conflicts, it wouldn't be very safe for Europe, nor for Palestine itself.
