The Vatican Television Center (VTC) has stated interest in joining NVSC, starting in the 7th edition of the contest.
The Vatican would be able to borrow an artist from it's bordering country,  Italy, if you were not able to find an artist from the Vatican.
The Vatican sincerely wishes that other countries of the NBU would be delighted to see the Vatican City in the NBU.

You know you could always join Eastvision *hints*  Isn't there radio station relgion based? Is there a ban on religious songs like in ESC in NVSC? |

From Wikipedia, "The main services that it offers are live broadcasts, daily help to others media, creation of television programs and archives stock control." |

Can't all these polls stop?! As long as  Greenland,  Faroe etc. can not participate Vatican would never be able to participate (I don't think you find music from Vatican..) and all these polls, their result shows nothing. |

As long as  Greenland,  Faroe etc. can not participate Vatican would never be able to participate (I don't think you find music from Vatican..) and all these polls, their result shows nothing. Greenland and the Faroe Islands are both ruled by another country (Denmark), however the Vatican is a country in its on rights, so that's in itself a reason why it should participate. |

This contest is intedid to be realistic - more or less - so I don't think the Vatican should be allowed in. Also, might it be worth just drawing up a big list of countries you want to get into the NBU and sending them to the NVSC council? I don't mean to sound rude - I just thought it would save some time  |

The Vatican City is part of the EBU, but realistically they would never participate in the Eurovision Song Contest.
If NVSC is meant to be a realistic contest, I can't see it happening.
But honestly; a poll wont make a lot of difference, it all depends on the decision of the NBU.

Technically Vatican City could enter but it is highly implausible so I would say no. Unless you find a musician born and raised in the Vatican which is highly unlikely
