Well, only three associate broadcasters have active threads in their sections. Personally, that doesn't interest me much. I would rather be a co-HoD and have an active role in this contest, and not simply be a watcher that absolutely needs to post one time per month even if he can't participate. And I am not the only one who said he was interested by being co-HoD and never got any answer by any host. I already launched many brand new artists on the forum, and some of my entries were actually re-used in various contests (including NVSC). I could have launched Joan Thiele as well if only I had been able to begin my national final for IMF 41. In conclusion, I could do much more than one neutral post per month if only one host deigned to consider me as a possible co-HoD. Why are you just writing this and not actually contacting with the HoDs yourself? That comment sounds offensive to me, so I have to answer .. Plus, you are the one who need the HoD right now, not them, they have their place and everything. While I wanted to become a co HoD I messaged every person on the tag list, I didn't sit back and waited for them to contact me..So just turn your ego down, and start doing things you should do for someone to "contact" with you.. Why should my message be "offensive" to you personally? I just notice that I don't really see the interest of being obliged to post one time per month when we have absolutely no rule to play in the contest. And that I would probably post much more than one post per month if I had a chance to play a real role. Yes, I could message anyone but it would be useless if I have nothing concrete to offer for his country. And I can't become a specialist of each country. This is why I messaged only my very top choice and wrote a post on the co-HoD thread for the others. If anybody is interested by having a co-HoD, then I can look deeper at his country (if I'm not already "monitoring" it).

You don’t have to be expert in some country to be their Co-HoD. For example I asked Niklas to be my Co-Hod for Algeria, and not because he is expert in this country but just because I wanted someone to vote with, as I can’t make two rankings on my own. And since most of people I knew were already taken I asked someone who wasn’t involved in the contest but who cared of it. And I never asked him to chose songs, to make NSs or to do something that could help me play in the contest. Literally everything he did was sending his ranking so I could have 2 sets of votes every edition.. I don’t feel like forcing people to find songs as long as it’s my task. If he wished to help I wouldn’t decline it.

Doubt that you were the first on the forum to find Joan Thiele. I personally knew her since 2016 after she released “Save Me”. I even used that song in my NS for OESC back in 45th edition in June 2016. So no, you are definitely not the one who ~almost~ introduced her to the forum. Plus I do believe a lot of people knew about her before me. Apo even used her for San Marino in IMF before you joined. Maybe. I never made researches in every contest before I joined the forum. And especially for Italy, where I've been following hundreds of singers, so it would be a tough work if I had to make a research on the forum for each of them.

holy fuck. this is like the best thing that happened to active WL users in ages imo, if you have a reason to dislike this new rule, then you don’t actually deserve to be here in the NVSC as you are not even a fan of the contest if it’s hard for you to post your opinion on the results or SPs.

Not a fan? Seriously? I watched Fantasifestivalen from the first edition and that's how I found out about NVSC. Watched until #4, took a break, watched #8 and it was amazing. It's so sad that you are accusing people on the waiting list of not being fans of the contest. If people weren't fans of the contest, they wouldn't be on the waiting list oops
