I think a similar rule should also apply for the actual participants who don’t post anything except the confirmation post and/or their entry, most of the time some hours before the deadline. right?

...For example I'm never tagged when there's a Grand Final, or a semifinal, etc... You can always ask for an associate broadcaster. This way you'd be tagged in every post the taglist is used in. Well, only three associate broadcasters have active threads in their sections. Personally, that doesn't interest me much. I would rather be a co-HoD and have an active role in this contest, and not simply be a watcher that absolutely needs to post one time per month even if he can't participate. And I am not the only one who said he was interested by being co-HoD and never got any answer by any host. I already launched many brand new artists on the forum, and some of my entries were actually re-used in various contests (including NVSC). I could have launched Joan Thiele as well if only I had been able to begin my national final for IMF 41. In conclusion, I could do much more than one neutral post per month if only one host deigned to consider me as a possible co-HoD.

Why are you just writing this and not actually contacting with the HoDs yourself? That comment sounds offensive to me, so I have to answer .. Plus, you are the one who need the HoD right now, not them, they have their place and everything. While I wanted to become a co HoD I messaged every person on the tag list, I didn't sit back and waited for them to contact me..So just turn your ego down, and start doing things you should do for someone to "contact" with you..

Well, at least the thread is more interesting than the usual "add me to the WL" posts.

Doubt that you were the first on the forum to find Joan Thiele. I personally knew her since 2016 after she released “Save Me”. I even used that song in my NS for OESC back in 45th edition in June 2016. So no, you are definitely not the one who ~almost~ introduced her to the forum. Plus I do believe a lot of people knew about her before me. Apo even used her for San Marino in IMF before you joined.
