Well as I said it's really complicated and everyone has different opinions for each countries. That's why i divided them into 3 groups. States which are almost unrecognised like North Cyprus, states which are recognised by many different countries like Kosovo, and some special territories which are big or popular enough to participate like Faroe Islands. Ofc you can write your opinions for each countries but remember that I'll either accept or reject one complete group according to the poll results. We all have different opinions for each countries/territories but I cant be subjective about it. (so is Puerto Rico for that matter) Thanks for reminding! Also added. |

Lol, totally forgot that Puerto Rico is not an independent state  I voted yes for both groups though I'd take out Alaska and Hawaii - they're states of the USA, if we allow them to participate then why not allow Florida or California?.. |

I voted Yes and No for the respective polls!  Although I could only accept those autonomous territories which have a decent-sized musical industry, for the participation. Else I wouldn't welcome them to the song contest.  However, one issue that comes to mind too, is that the ministates ever should borrow from neighbour countries. Then I would say they only should do that for the meaning of region neighbouring. E.g. It'll be senseless if  Monaco could borrow artists from Normandy (Northernmost of  France) or  Liechtenstein from the  Vienna region or any Easternmost regions from  Austria. Instead just keep the rule fitting out that the ministates only can borrow from neighbour regions, which you can 'Wiki'/'Atlas' yourself out from your mind for research. And  Vatican City borrowing for the region of Rome in  Italy. That's just.... So rather just quit that ministate out  |

If you wanna take  Andorra, the singer must really be an Andorran or have roots from there. |

I voted in the poll above.. I chose the second option. I know these states (USA) are overseas territories, but I can't see them take part. As for the others, I don't mind. Can't wait for the outcome! Also, sorry if I post too much here.. I'm just saying my opinions. I hope you don't mind.. |

I know you may have not, but I don't think it should ever ^^ I love it on it's own. Plus, Northern Ireland, they wouldn't be able to borrow (you said it wasn't allowed for microstates anyway) from the republic of Ireland, it doesn't seem right (Just like Scotland, Wales & England from each other) Just my opinion |
