The NBU Council has just decided to set the Pre-Qualification Round for this edition, so that means that the bottom 5 places of both semifinals will fight with eachother in a separate competition before the 8th Edition of NVSC kicks-off. This competition will take place after/during the sneak peeks "season" of the next edition.
Whatever will be the placement of the countries that have swapped for this edition, the Northvision has to be held in a safer environment, with more control over the semifinals and all the countries. The budget allocated for this edition to accomodate "all" Europe in Liverpool was too big even for the BBC. |
