Nevertheless, after the next 10-15 editions, every country has been in Bottom 5 once. No, not because it's Arabic  I can mostly not find such great songs... it's so hard to find these songs T _T But i am sure that i'll mostly be in bottom 5 alot of times |

Bottom 5 doesn't mean, automatically, that you won't qualify to the next NVSC. You have still a chance to be part of NVSC #8.  I agree, maybe 4 qualifiers, could be better. |

No no it's a good idea! But with a variable number of qualifiers, in order to have 20 countries in each semi!
