Good! Then I'm not the only one who didn't know that very long time.  I'm sure I'll forget it until then. I never would have known about the juries voting a day earlier if I hadn't went last year, then it really hit me that 50% of the votes from all the countries are in the hands of 5 people... Not just 5 people; they're known with the music industry and they mostly know how to make a sure list of countries they would give points.  |

Not just 5 people; they're known with the music industry and they mostly know how to make a sure list of countries they would give points. I know, but it's astounding to know that those few people have such power in the contest, sometimes the juries make weird decisions, like Italy last year, the Italian televote gave Romania 12 points, but the Italian jury ranked it so low that they ended up only getting 1 point, and don't get me started on Montenegro last year.... Also, the juries are supposed to have an equal number of gender, but the italian jury was all-male last year... |

Tom although you don't like (I could even say that you hate) our song, latvians loved Netherlands performance and I think you got from us at least  (it could be also all 12)... You want to know why? Because latvians love schlager/country music and your performance (like ours) wasn't fake and was without any special effects... but we didn't qualified although it was our best performance from last 6 years, when we failed to qualify... But I have to say this quote from one movie, that completely describes Latvians and our music - "We are different and people (this time Europe) don't like what's different"

For one none of these 16 songs were qualitative enough, but for other all of them are and so about those who feel some songs qualitative, but some not... |

Shovkovskyi/Peter dont be worry about Latvia . She has sent many good songs that didnt qualified . Im sure that a good song can take latvia to final

I just can't stop saying "butthurted Latvian". Nothing against you, but it really looks annoying, reading 10 pages only you defending and being angry about Latvia.
You will not get to DSQ all the others in order to make Latvia qualify.
Eurovision has to do much with luck too. Estonia did not had that, although it was a truley "amazing" performance.
