Although I'm on the waiting list, I don't think, that the 2-HoDs-Idea is good. If I had a country here, I wouldn't like to be forced to share it with a waiting user tbh  allowing someone to do the Televoting is okay, but I wouldn't like to have an equal Co-HoD  |

lol I wouldn't share the delegation of  Spain with a waiting list user just because he signed up later to the contest then me.  Part of life; you win some, you lose some. Not necessary to force the winning in this sentence. |

The main HoDs are already allowed to pick other people for their countries' delegations already so it isn't such a big deal  Days ago, I thought about something that might turn out really interesting: all the people from the forums, YT or people who desire to , could vote as the country they come from, obvs combined (this might have from 3 to 8/9 votes to combine - eg.  Germany calling; 7 forumers vote + 4 YT Fans, the german vote would be a combined voting between 11 votes). Small countries could just have their HoD's vote  I think it could be a way to get more people into NVSC, although the online poll was created for that purpose  I know it's a bit of weird tbh, I'm not really entirely convinced by it either, but the idea just came to my mind  |

The main HoDs are already allowed to pick other people for their countries' delegations already so it isn't such a big deal But there is a difference in being allowed to and being forced to have Co-HoDs At least I think, that this was the idea, that there HAVE to be 2 HoDs |

It'd be better if a country could form whole delegations (with up to as many people as they wish)
to provide the best situation for all the users. Otherwise being forced to share a country would
firstly be unfair for those who were there first and secondly would mean the waiting list users
would never be full HoDs either so... yeah it would just be too complicated imo

2.Also, to be easier to qualify, the best 5 overall in the contest including that edition should be automatic finalists 2. That would make this contest "corrupt" and "unfair" as Armenia, Georgia etc would never have the chance to be AQ  By the way, even if I can't be so, I love that idea. |
