Artists can't represent the same country a total of three/five times in total. That means that: If I send Lilit Hovhannisyan in #06, #10, #13, (#16 and #18), I can never send her again to the contest. You don't need a rule to not send her again if you think it's enough  Samanta Tina is never enough I know everybody wants to listen to her again  she needs to claim back her throne as "Comeback Queen" |

To prevent what happened with this edition and having 7 of the 10 Semi Final 2 qualifiers in the 1st half of the final we need to make it fairer.
So I propose this:
BIG 6 ALLOCATION
When the Big 6 are drawn in the running order 3 HAVE to go in the 1st half and 3 in the second half. I mean ALL the big 5 were in the 2nd half this edition.
Qualifiers Draw
When the qualifiers are being drawn there should be 3? (IDK) pots to choose from. The 1st pot has 5 slips of paper saying 1st half and 5 that say 2nd half. This way 5 go in each half, making it fairer for SF2. The other two pots just have the running order draws in them, separated by half.
Imo this makes more sense is deffo fairer than the system atm when it comes to SF2

This is absolutely irrelevant. Its fair how it is now, it doesnt matter, in which order the countries get drawn. As its a randon draw, they all have the same chances. It is a lot fairer if countries are drawn in one draw, not seperated. JulianNo |
