We should have a PQR and a NViC. I kinda find it unfair that songs in the PQR are seen more than those in the semi's or the final.

Idea: How about doing a split voting with a percentage of 60-40 which would mean the actual player gets a bit a higher "power" than somebody who's not even participating in NVSC. On the other hand it's complicated to count that up.

Uh, we should keep it 50/50 because otherwise it would be a bit hard to summarize the results of each country if one country has 30% Televoting and another has 40% etc  |
