Macedonia doesnt withdraw. We could have a participation record this year, if f  Ukraine,  Turkey,  Croatia,  Bulgaria and maybe  Bosnia return and only  Australia withdraws,  |

Azerbaijan was obvious imo. Macedonia is a little surprising for me, but I'm happy they stay on.  |
