I don't get how people that complained about the low number of PQR qualifiers before are now saying that "one more PQR qualifier doesn't matter" haha

So it means that this rule would only regulate the number of semi-finalists, which is, imo, not a priority because we can find another way to do it, like, for example, cancelling the PQR when there's already 20 countries in each semi. If there is a low number of PQR qualifiers like this edition even if there are 21 Semi-finalists each we would at least have 2 qualifiers

has voted. I have a suggestion too. EBU invited Australia to participate in eurovision. Can't NBU do the same with the non European countries? My suggestion was: Each 10 editions there is a special edition, on which non-partipating countries battle in a PQR or smth like that lol. I agree And then if a country is selected one special edition, this country can't be selected again the next special edition, just to make it more fair

If all the countries that were in PQR last edition but still finished in the bottom five of their semi-finals were in the PQR (which I find normal, and more fair to the other countries), we would have less problems regulating the numbers of semi-finals AND PQR qualifiers. You know what I mean?

You know what I mean? Take countries such as Armenia, Luxembourg, who often end low and get into the PQR. It's not very funny to enter it (I almost did too). So I find it normal to avoid having the PQR twice in a row.
