sorry.. I seem to be slow today.  Ok, thanks for the info.  lol imagine the council would be the Big 6 haha we would be even more hated  Cant the council be in the PQR every edition, because they introduced it?  |

I think it would be more realistic if the Top 5/6 were the 5/6 most successful countries at the time.

In NVSC 11 I failed to qualify to the final and NVSC 12 I finished 7th |

Maybe we could use the Top 5 of Gary's table with the "recently doing well" countries + the host? It would still be so unfair for Georgia for example, even if they'd be 2nd they wouldn't be in the Big 5/6 |
