I think it would be a good idea that instead of forbidding songs which alredy participated in a selection FOREVER, just forbid them for a period of time. For example, imagine that a song participated in the NS for #20. Maybe a period of 10 editions (for example) so it could participate ONLY via NS, or maybe according to their actual result on the national selection (for example, if it got last you can use it next edition, if it got pre-last in two editions... etc). I don't know, I think it would be more useful for everybody. But aren't they going to be too old / overused after 10 editions? If it's a good song, it should get overused and if it's not, then why would you send it? + after that time there should be many new songs (well, unless it's or smth but they don't do NSs, anyway)

I want "Busy Doin Nothin" for Melodifestivalen 2024 aka we are not having this rule to make it harder for people, we are having this for realism reasons

I think the rule could be kinda useful because people's opinion change. For example "Guillotine" flopped in contests in 2015 but then got 4th in NVSC in 2016. This could happen to some NS songs as well ofc but I understand the realism-argument as well

For example "Guillotine" flopped in contests in 2015 but then got 4th in NVSC in 2016. I don't think the reason for this was really the time differences

Realism. NVSC is still fictional. Making things harder for the player is quite bullshit in my opinion.
