  Austrian participation in doubt. Despite not announcing anything official, there are rumours that ORF might withdraw from #19 due to internal changes. However, other sources said, that the Austrian participation is already sure and that there were talks with the singer AVEC to represent Austria. The official announcement on a participation will follow after the grand final results of #18. |

 The Armenian broadcaster AMRTV has confirmed the  Armenian participation on the ninetenth edition of the North Vision Song Contest!Armenia has decided to select its entrant and entry through an Internal Selection.

  Bulgarian National Television (ะัะปะณะฐััะบะฐ ะฝะฐัะธะพะฝะฐะปะฝะฐ ัะตะปะตะฒะธะทะธั (BNT)) has confirmed that Bulgaria will be returning to the North Vision Song Contest!
After a HoD change, the country took an edition's break from the contest in #18, and the new head of delegation decided that the main objective was to get Bulgaria back to the contest, better than ever.
The new HoD said: "It's very surprising that I'm now the head of delegation of Bulgaria. I never expected it in the least, and well all I can say is that I'm ready to bring Bulgaria many great editions ahead!"
The public interest in the contest saw a drop recently. However, with new management the public interest is higher and this was a factor in negotiating Bulgaria's return. The country has qualified on 4 occasions, with the best result being 4th back in the 4th edition. The last time Bulgaria sang on stage was in  #17, with Luba Illieva and "Spomeni v prahta" which failed to qualify with 11 points.
However now, a national selection is being planned. The name will remain the same, Nashata Pesen, however it will be re-booted and a new format will be put in place - no semi finals will take place and 5 songs will fight to represent Bulgaria. More infos soon! |

  GERMANY CONFIRMS
Hamburg, Germany - NDR will keep the leadership of the national process for another edition, confirming Germany's participation at the forthcoming North Vision Song Contest.
A national selection will be held once again, however it will be revamped and will also receive a new name.
The details about the selection, and the competing artists (and songs) will be revealed after the 18th edition has finished.

Lithuania will be part of the North Vision Song Contest #19 ! They also revealed that the collaboration between LRT & DELFI.lt will be extended for one edition 
.
