 The Faroe Islands have confirmed their participationfor the upcoming North Vision Song Contest.The entry for the nineteenth edition will be selected internally, the Faroese
Head of Delegation mentioned on today's KVF meeting.
The artist has already been found and a song is currently in production.
The entry will be presented on Wednesday, 27 April 2016.
A few hints were given. A distorted picture of a blonde lady was shown
and confirmed to be the chosen artist. The song will be "souly" as
told by the Head of Delegation. The idea of a National Selection was also
discussed at the meeting but the talks were moved to the twentieth edition.

 Monaco will not return to the 19th North Vision Song Contest!
The Head of Delegation of Monaco announced that Monaco will not be returning to the contest in this edition. Specific reasons were not given but a return was not ruled out. Monaco may return for the jubilee in the 20th edition. |
