  Algeria will take part in the upcoming edition edition of North Vision Song Contest.
Our qualification lead to an increase of the northfans in the country, and therefore the african nation decided to participate once again.
The submission for the artists, together with their entries have opened, in order to be analysed and the best one to be selected.

  AzTV confirms Azerbaijan's participation at the nineteenth edition of North Vision Song Contest!
The selection process in order to decide Azerbaijan's forthcoming entry has yet to be determined.
A decision will be made following the grand final results of the North Vision Song Contest #18. |

  SOFIA MANOUSAKI FOR GREECE? After a small delay, more rumours are out already about the greek representative. A greek magazine called "Κρητικό Πανόραμα" (Kritiko Panorama) caught on camera the Head of Delegation Mr. Alex Georgiou ( George George J. ),together with the crete singer Sofia Manousaki at Heraklion,Crete.
The camera caught them together having a conversation,unfortunately without hearing something of what they were talking. But is it too difficult to be the one for Greece?
All rumours are on Sofia Manousaki right now, but there is nothing official yet. What can we expect from her? Is it true that she is going for Greece this time?

 Danish participation confirmed!Copenhagen, Denmark ― Following the leak of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 14 artists, the Danish Head of Delegation had an interview on this week's Billed Bladet magazine. Among other topics, the HoD talked about the contest and Denmark's future. Here is the part of the interview regarding the contest:
BD: What about NVSC? Will Denmark take part in the upcoming edition?
HoD: Yes, definitely. We didn't confirm anything up to now because we were still under preparations for our selection process, it always takes a little time every edition to get everything sorted and ready to start. We want to be sure everything will be perfect.
BD: Does that mean Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 14 will be held for the edition?
HoD: Actually, I wasn't supposed to say until it was confirmed by the broadcaster itself, but yes it will be held. The selection will most likely have the same format as the past two editions but I'm not certain, I'd wait for an official confirmation from the broadcaster. The sure thing is that the selection will be held and the acts have been selected already.
BD: A few days ago a list was leaked with the artists for Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 14. Was that real, can you confirm anything?
HoD: No, the list was not real at all. I can't say none of them will be in the selection as I haven't even seen the final ten acts of the selection. But that was definitely not the official list as the final press regarding the details of the selection will take place the following days.
BD: Has it ever been discussed that Denmark may need to withdraw from the contest?
HoD: Not so far, the contest has been really popular among the Danish viewers. I doubt the country will withdraw any time soon.
BD: Is there any specific artist you'd like to see representing us in the contest?
HoD: There are a lot artists that would be interesting to see representing us. One would be Christopher, I'm sure he would do pretty well.
As revealed by the Head of Delegation, Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 14 will be held in order to select the country's entry. However, further details are to be revealed following the final press conference for the selection by the end of the week. |
