  Moscow, The HoD can confirm that after their participation in the PQR, the rumours has spread for a withdrawal also for a participation. But only one is true! The one that Russia will be present in the upcoming edition. They also can confirm that a withdrawal is still not in the planning. The selection process will be announced later. |

  Serbia Confirms it's return after 1 edition Break!Marko Milic, HoD of Serbia announced that Serbia will indeed be back in NVSC 21. Serbian HoD said also that our entrant will be selected via National Selection called "BeoMelody Grand Prix". It is also Announced that New Member of Delegation, Wysteria , will take care of the "BMGP". More news About Selection Process later.

The method of selection is unknown, but it is rumored that either a full internal selection or a smaller version of Noordvisie Song Festival will occur. |

Tallinn, Estonia - Shocking news! ERR has just released a letter of apology towards the fans, explaining that the immense costs of North Laul are starting to show off. Building a new arena, buying new lights and constantly re-making the stage are only a few of the costs that are currently making the estonian participation at NorthVision difficult. The conclusion of the letter was summerised by the unbeatable hostess, Anu Valba, who stated: "This time we have to go cheap or don't go at all."
What could this mean? A cheap edition of NorthLaul, another internal selection or maybe an indefinite break?
