Were the rest of the free countries (    ) also allocated, considering that Max wasn't the first of the WL ?  Noone from people that are higher in waiting list wanted Montenegro, that's why I took it. |

  ALGERIA WITHDRAWS! After the withdrawal announcement from the last edition, following a change of the decision, now it's more than certain that the country is withdrawing from the North Vision Song Contest.
The reason is low interest and poor results in the latest edition.
A decision concerning the return was not ruled out for 23rd edition. |

I just wanted to something different   After all, a lot of British artists take part in a music festival that happens yearly in Gibraltar, which is where I got the concept from. |
