I'm not going for serious with this though even the second fact is true.  I just wanted to something different   After all, a lot of British artists take part in a music festival that happens yearly in Gibraltar, which is where I got the concept from. I like the idea. The first post was just kind of a joke.  |

Despite the fact of another non-qualification and possible participation at the pre qualification round, BHRT, the national broadcaster has decided to continue participating at the contest. Due to financial dificulties, the entry will be selected internal once again. The broadcaster is searching for artist. More information soon, stay tuned. |

 2M TV CONFIRMS MOROCCAN PARTICIPATION!
It has also been announced that "Moroccan Music Festival 2" will be held in order to find out our entrant. More information will be revealed after the final results of  NVSC 21.

 The Faroe Islands will compete in the 22nd Northvision Song Contest!KVF confirmed today, 26 December 2016, that the Faroe Islands will be participating in theforthcoming Northvision Song Contest. Furthermore it was announced that there will not bea national selection due to internal and financial problems concerning the broadcaster."Out of a list of possible participants, we have chosen our competitor for this edition
of the Northvision Song Contest already." - new head of delegation Marius Ólafsted stated.The artist was presented in the press conference aswell.Heidrik will represent the Faroe Islands
The song is yet to be announced and will be revealed in February 2017 in the Faroese news show
Dagur og Vika as a special announcement.
