The last few months were hard for

Switzerland. Rumours of a possible withdraw and a HoD-change went around.
Only the necessary things to survive were done but even one time the broadcaster SRG SSR failed to submit the Swiss votes.

The Swiss Head of Delegation Christian Wohlmuth finally published a press release:

"After all the internal trouble we can finally tell you our decision if we withdraw or if we stay in the contest."

We confirm for the upcoming edition of North Vision Song Contest and will select a song internally. We will send a Swiss-German song - we will release our entry on 25th of February!

A problem with the entry

Athens,Greece

According to reliable resources,the next Greek representative had been found before the result for the participation of PQR got known.The artist refused to risk his/her career in participating in PQR,as it will be his/her first time representing

Greece.

Thus,the Greek administration is thinking for bringing a small National Selection with 3 kinda unknown to North Vision stage,but nothing is sure yet.

If PQR will be cancelled,then there is very high possibility to see finally that artist representing his/her home country.

The Greek HoD will clarify everything very soon.

So,stay tuned!

IRELAND RETURNS TO THE NORTH VISION SONG CONTEST
DUBLIN - After a change in management at RTÉ, the broadcaster has confirmed to the NBU that it will be returning for the 22nd edition, to be held in

Bulgaria! The confirmation comes after the resignation of the previous HoD and an arduous search for a replacement, which has resulted in a newcomer taking the post. The new HoD, Nicky O'Brian O'Sullivan O'Rooney, has big plans for the country and is excited to be taking over participation for Ireland. He has announced already that the next Irish entry will be internally selected, and that eager Northfans can expect it toward the end of February.

ANDORRA CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION!

Despite being in the Pre-Qualifying Round for the twenty-second edition the country will still take part in the competition. More information about the entry has been revealed:

- A band will represent the country.
- The song will have basque traditional sounds.
- The song will be performed in english.

The song will be presented in the following days so stay tuned!
