Can I just take one of the free countries or do I still need to apply for the waiting list? Hey Jeffry, you can pick one of the non-taken nations ( )

Swiss participation in doubt!Swiss broadcaster SRG-SSR have confirmed their interest in participating in the 38th edition, but due to lack of funds, the country might have to withdraw from the contest, but a choice is yet to be made. A poll was created to see what the people of Switzerland thinking about the situation. 90% of voters supported the Swiss participation in the contest, and many even donated to make it happen. "It's a matter of support" said the Swiss head of delegation, "but we can't guarantee anything so far. [IMF] is a wonderful contest, and we wish we could participate every edition, but it won't be easy for broadcasting services like us." Bookmakers say, the odds of Switzerland participating in IMF #38 are currently 1 to 2.7 The fundraising is still active.

Tbh a small question. All the players who have an international country, (except Australia) that need to withdraw how will they return to the contest? 𝖋𝖑𝖔𝖗𝖎𝖆𝖓 At the moment, they can only choose between one of the remaining free countries (there are a few). However, more nations might have a new HoD in the near future. What you mean new HoDs ? I will still keep France won't I or am I being replaced?

SRG SSR appoints new delegation membersIt is no secret that Switzerland is very unstable in IMF. A lack of funds was revealed to be the reason why Switzerland's participation in IMF #38 is in heavy doubt. However, today at 09:15AM CEST, it was revealed that several delegation members were replaced with younger experts, to represent the public views more accurately. This being said, the possibility of a Swiss participation in #38 is drastically higher than before. "Yas", said the new head of the Swiss delegation, "That's, like, awesome af, lmao.". Indeed, deep.
