Argh. I really love this song, and the live wasn't vocally as weak as I feared. She still was one of the weaker voices in he semi, so I'm not surprised that it failed, especially with draw number 1. At least this proves that even with the new voting system you can't rely on diaspora votes only.
despite the probably worst position (early and between two fan favorites), it somehow managed to qualify. I'm happy for the person and singer Nathan, but really not a friend of the song at all.
My personal favorite, and it stays that. I didn't expect it to qualify before, so I'm not surprised here. But the performance was really good, even with some flaws, so I'm even more sad than anyways. Also really bad for
who has now the longest NQ-streak. At least Jana found her personal luck as I said already earlier.
This were some really strong live vocals, but in the end the song was simply too boring to qualify apparently.
Well the song was the expected mess and the live performance was useless. Why were they cannons, why that colorful and annoying background. It wasn't even somehow entertaining. It was expected to go through, but I didn't want it to. Also again complaints here about the camera angles here.
they sounded great and I liked the simple staging of it. The song stays full of clichés and boring for me, even after hat good performance. I was quite surprised that this qualified in he end.
My only 12 going through today. But what a great performance, great staging, everything really fit and he hit the slogan perfectly. Dance, a not too annoying violinist, and song worked perfectly together here.
surprisingly she was among the weaker vocalists that night, and despite me predicting it not only to qualify but to do well, I doubted her qualification there for a moment, mostly because I was unsure about how her "screaming" during the chorus was seen by the public.
nice live vocals, boring song, meaningless pseudo staging. I'm neither mad not surprised that this failed.
This was a surprisingly enjoyable performance, with good vocals and you saw how they enjoyed both the performance. But you could also see that the SM budget for staging was likely close to 0. They did the best out of their situation in the end, but it needed a small miracle for them to qualify.
the performance was a bit underwhelming imo, maybe because with Sweden it was the only one I knew before and it was basically the same as in the NS. The song is nice and catchy, but somehow I feel like it didn't belong in the final.
I don't get the fuss about the color of the dress, but the performance was not standing out and she failed some big notes there. I expected this to be safely in before the semi, but with the live I wouldn't be surprised if this got last, which would be an awful streak for
.
I don't know what to think of the performance. I expected some more joy and activity instead of them two just walking on a motor boat (why even?). It stood out because of its style, but it still doesn't really catch me.
The singing was awesome here, and they managed to "fill" the instrumental part on stage well. But all in all the performance was a bit boring with just some effects for the TV viewer thrown in.
I unironically enjoyed the song, and they delivered a nice show which was but funny even. And song wise I actually like this anyways.
I don't use this word often because this word is overused, but this performance was really CRINGE. It was funny af, but in an unintentional way. Just Koits views into the camera
. I expected this to qualify, and I'm really shocked it didn't, I guess it was too much of everything in the end for the televote. RiP Baltics now.
Really nice performance, one of the better songs of the semi delivered here.
Some general stuff:
I liked the opening and the two hosts gained plus points at me for that. But the dancing performance was boring.
The cameras were still often too far away, but at least at one point they heard me: the background music was way louder yesterday.
