 Moldova confirms for the upcoming edition!
The country will be automatically qualified after placing fourth with "Burn".
It is very likely that they'll once more select the song internally, with
the focus of selecting a new-comer this time.
Preperations for selecting the next entry have already
begun, and the Moldovan broadcaster has recieved over
three-hundred applicants in the last four months. Even
singers like Irina Rimes or Boris Covali have expressed
a desire to return to the contest, though the heads of d-

LEBANON: CURRENT HoD LEAVES LBC AND ROLE AS HEAD OF DELEGATION
It’s been an interesting few weeks in  Lebanon. After the country’s unexpected withdrawal from this editions North Vision and a few mysterious clues that may point to the country’s next participant, the land of Nicole Saba has lost its Head of Delegation.
Yesterday LBC revealed that Selvin De La Fuente, Lebanon’s HoD for North Vision events since their debut in the 5th edition, has left his job at the state broadcaster.
It’s nothing personal: he was offered a job in  Riga that was too good for the family to turn down.
 It's been a fun ride to be the Head of Delegation of a wonderful country. I for sure won't forget this experience of being alongside Nicole Saba during our first edition back in 5th edition held in  Aarhus, where she won for Lebanon in our debuting edition! I also won't forget our 2nd place back in the 14th edition where Myriam Fares was proudly waving our beautiful flag in  Astana! Thank you so much LBC and the people of Lebanon for the chance to guide this great country and may the successor bring success to this country just like how I did! Can't wait to see you again in the 24th edition! 
As informed by LBC, a new Head of Delegation has already been selected, but whether they would confirm for a participation in #23 will not happen to smoothed out the transition as a result Lebanon is withdrawing the 23rd edition of North Vision.

NORWAY WILL BE IN STOCKHOLM!
NRK just confirmed the Norwegian participation in the North Vision Song Contest 23 which will be held in the neighbouring country Sweden.
NRK promised for more information coming next week.

 MONTENEGRO WILL BE PRESENT IN STOCKHOLMEven though  Montenegro will need to fight for a place in the contest in
the Pre-Qualification Round, RTCG confirmed tonight that it will participate at Northvision Song Contest #23
hosted in  Stockholm, Sweden!
The broadcaster also confirmed that their entry will be chosen internally and will be revealed on 24 September. |

  VRT can now confirm that Belgium will participate in the North Vision Song Contest 23 which will be held in Stockholm, Sweden. The entry will be selected internally again. |

GEORGIA RETURNS TO NORTH VISION!
After a resignation of the previous head of delegation a possible comeback from the Caucasus country seemed unlikely. However, those rumours have now been declared as false. Although, the method of selection is still unknown, Georgian Public Broadcaster will send its' representative to Stockholm!
A special press conference has just finished and the new head of delegation made a first speech.
That moment is just incredible. I can't tell you how great feeling it is. I can't thank you enough for this opportunity and giving me the benefit of the doubt. It's obviously a big challenge for myself as a debutant but I promise I'll do my best to bring Georgia back to the final. I can't forget about paying a special tribute to Antone Gomerishvili. Your tireless work and engagement made Georgia very proud. It was a joy to see you taking care of every single detail concerning our country's participation every edition. Thanks for everything!
The talks about reintroducing national selection are not over. The national broadcaster is currently trying to find sponsors which would definitely help with organizing the event!
Many artists have already expressed interest in taking part in the competition.
More news regarding Georgia's road to Stockholm will most likely be revealed soon!

Italy confirms participation in Stockholm Today the Italian Head of Delegation announced Italy's confirmation in the twenty-third edition of the North Vision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden. In a press statement to la Repubblica, it was said:
[...] Italy is most pleased with its recent results, however, we need to get back to our glory days of Top 6 placements. This is why we will yet again let the public decide on our entry for the edition, through a National Selection. Our lineup this edition is not yet complete, however, several previous high-scoring artists have shown their interest in returning to compete.
