I have decided for NVSC to not express my opinion at all only in votes obvs. Thats a much better solution so no one gets offended. |

Its like sending Ariana Grande for Uzbekistan 😂😂 Or for  San Marino. How many examples for the rulesbook did you provide? ^^ That can't happen, because San Marino can borrow only  Italian singers, but  Monaco could theorically send Avril Lavigne (she has  French nationality). |

According to the rulesbook microstates cannot use singers with roots from the countries they are borrowing from.
