 ART FESTIVAL returns to Atlandia!- with some exciting acts for the edition -Today  Atlandian Radio Television (ART) has held a press conferencewhere they have confirmed nation's presence at the upcoming
edition of Fantasia Contest, despite a major disappointment
following the non-qualification of one of the country's
most praised artists.
However, the broadcaster has opted to return to the national final
which has produced three best results (9th place) for the country.
ART FESTIVAL 06 will feature 6 artists, one of them being an important
figure in the Atlandian music industry and the other one being past
participant of the Fantasia Contest.

 SELECTION COMMITTEE: EVÄMAIAN ENTRY TO BE REVEALED 14 AUGUSTMIDIMERI - The new five-person selection committee assembled by Telemaa has announced that  Evämaa's first entry under its guidance will be revealed on Monday at a press conference at the Teletalo in Central Midimeri.  Part of Telemaa's headquarters, Teletalo, in MidimeriThe spokesperson of the committee, and therefore the "HoD" of Evämaa, Emmi Lahtinen, said that the committee had reached out to several artists both of Evämaian and foreign decent, and that they received a number of enthusiastic proposals: When asked about the possibility of holding a national final, Lahtinen said that they would rather wait and send some of the artists on the shortlist. After chanting something in Koran that was later determined to be an official endorsement of K.A.R.D. in the  Jarean selection, Lahtinen and the rest of the committee were taken into a boardroom to discuss the details of the Evämaian entry.
Meanwhile, fansites have been going haywire with speculation since the interview was published. The main Evämaian fansite, Eväfantasia, published a list of artists they believe to have made the shortlist. It included former Laulujuhla contestants Tuuli and Jippu, Solyo-born, Värepaikan-based instrumentalist Shinichi Osawa,  Eldance-based LIZ who collaborated with FEMM on an entry for Sunshine & Stars, and other, lesser-known names. Finally, late Friday night, the official Telemaa Twattir account published this picture with the hashtags #fantasiacontest #evämaa:  Happy speculation! |

KRTV CONFIRMS THE RETURN OF OLD
NATIONAL SELECTION, PRINCES & QUEENS!
KRTV has revealed today that they will return to their old national selection format, Princes & Queens!
