In case there isn't a lot of quality, they will choose internally one song. - Then those 10 songs will go to a next expert jury, which will select Serbian entry for ESC. More about the submission: - Both Serbian and international songwriters are able to submit their entry, but the selected singer must be a Serbian citizen. - lyrics of the song must be on one of the official languages of Republic of Serbia - songwriters need to submit a finished demo (playback) and a instrumental version, 3 minutes long, with music notation and interpretation of the singer who would sing it in Lisbon. RTS can suggest some changes, such as taking a new singer or something else. - Submissions must be signed with a code, and the real infos about songwriters and singer will be in a closed envelope. After the selection commitee makes the shortlist, envelopes with infos will be opened. - Songs which were shortlisted by the selection commitee will be publicly presented in RTS' shows.
