North Vision Song Contest 25 • Confirmation Thread

KVF announced earlier this evening that the Faroe Islands are going to compete in the upcoming North Vision Song Contest. The broadcaster will continue their internal selection updating the method of choosing their songs. After the song submission deadline (29 February 2018) will pass, the broadcaster is going to narrow the submitted songs down to 5 songs. These 5 songs will be sent to Heads of Delegations across the continent without revealing song titles or artists. The chosen HoDs will then listen to 40 second versions of the songs, giving each song a rating between 1 and 10 with 10 being the best rating and 1 the worst. After this rating period, the broadcaster will then decide the song and act that will represent the Faroe Islands at the contest. KVF is planning to ask about 15 broadcasters across Europe, Africa and Asia to give opinions on their songs.
