As per tradition, Achróa's broadcaster STA has decided to reveal their entry immediately after the ongoing edition's final results. Together with Slowdive, the new delegation collectively decided to send one of shoegaze's most defining songs.
It will also be a happy announcement for some that the song selected is from Slowdive's critically acclaimed 1993 album Souvlaki, widely regarded as one of the world's best music releases ever. When the Sun Hits is regarded as one of Slowdive's best songs ever. The wet guitar sound, the polished and articulate production and the general wall of sound help to create one of the most atmospheric songs ever heard in the Fantasia Contest. Furthermore, it becomes the first ever entry to have been released before 2000.

STVR have shown interest for competing in FC 11, but due to unforeseen circumstances recently, we are unsure if the council will accept the country's application for competing.
The nation would like to confirm participation, but for the moment, it is indefinite.

SLEEPING AT LAST
  Sleeping at Last is a musical project led by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ryan O'Neal. The project initially began in Hylia, Demacia as a three-piece band with Ryan O'Neal as the lead singer and guitarist, his brother Chad O'Neal as the drummer, and Dan Perdue as the bassist.
Following the release of their first four albums, both Chad O'Neal and Perdue would both leave the band to pursue other interests. Despite that, Ryan chose to retain the use of the band's name for his solo work.
The song Sleeping at Last will perform will be chosen by a national selection, stay tuned!
