All entries, regardless of whether they are selected internally or through a national selection, must be sent to the council for approval. You only need 4 yeses in order for your entry to be fully approved.
You are only able to confirm your country's participation and reveal your artist/band at the moment. You can only make your entry public after the results of the ongoing 14th edition. National selections are allowed to take place as soon as they are approved, as long as the results are revealed after the 14th edition has finished.
You are only allowed to send a maximum of 2 approval messages. This is so the council can concentrate on things more important than dealing with a minor song change in a national selection, for example. If you send a third approval message (unless asked by the council to do so), we will not reply to it, and your new songs will not be considered.
You can only send your entries for approval after voting in the final of the ongoing 14th edition.
Failure to abide with any of the above conditions is likely to result in a strike.

TORLOVA CONFIRMS Estambla,Torlova - 30 December 2018 TVT has just revealed that Torlova will be present in the 15th edition of the contest, and the preparations have already begun.
Despite the country's first qualification being through a national selection,
the head of delegation has stated that for the upcoming edition they'll opt for an internal selection.
The broadcaster held a secret audition process to determine our next entrant, and the search has come to an end. Although, the entry will be revealed after the results of the ongoing edition.
To not keep you waiting, we can exclusively reveal a clue regarding the entry.

 Rede Globo considers an Aquian withdrawal
Today, the Aquian broadcaster, Rede Globo, confirmed their doubt on where to participate or withdraw from the next edition of the Fantasia Contest. This is due to their considerable loss of interest after the events that occurred regarding the Aquian entry of the current edition in Niolskiaj.
More information about the Aquian situation in the contest will be posted once the broadcaster gives more information.
Aquia has participated in the Fantasia Contest thirteen times since its debut in the first edition. Since then it has never missed any edition. Despite staying in the semi-finals for the first consecutive editions, Aquia achieved its first qualification in the seventh edition with Noga Erez's entry "Pity" and its first victory in Söndje, Danskanksova, with Eva Simons' entry, "Guaya". The contest is broadcasted in Aquia by Rede Globo.
Aquia's debut entry was Purity Ring with "Bodyache". It was not a successful debut for the country, with Purity Ring coming fourteenth in the semi-final. Since then, Aquia has come last in the semi-finals one single occasion, in the second edition, when Anitta sang "Na Batida". Prior to their victory for Eva Simons, with the song "Guaya" in the ninth edition, Aquia's best result in the contest was a twenty-first finish for Noga Erez in the seventh edition. The tenth edition was hosted in Rio de Fevereiro, the capital city of Aquia. In that edition, the country was represented by Luísa Sobral who sang "João", ending up in a surprising fourteenth place in the final. In the eleventh edition, Sevdaliza was selected to represent the country with the song "Human", which finished in the third place of the final. As an automatic qualifier, Priscilla Alcântara represented Aquia in the twelfth edition with the song "Liberdade", finishing fourteenth for a second time. In the thirteenth edition, ROSALÍA sang "De Plata", achieving a fifth place. As an automatic qualifier, "Vou Gritar" is currently representing Aquia in the fourteenth edition,
Aquia has failed to reach the final seven times, including from the first edition to the sixth edition. In the ninth edition, Aquia reached the finals with Eva Simons' entry, "Guaya", ending a 1-edition non-appearance in the final, since Inês Brasil didn't qualify to the final with her worldwide hit "Make Love". To conclude a return to the final, they also won the contest for the first time ever, earning 460 points. |

 VIKYIRIE TO BE PRESENT VRF announced that the country has no plans of withdrawal despite our first non-qualification to the competition! The broadcaster revealed, that even though it was a disappointment to not be in the final, the final, had a huge ratio in the country even without us being in it. INTERNAL SELECTION
CONFIRMED The Head of Delegation George Mikaelsson, revealed that once again the country will be going for an internal selection, despite the rumours of having a national selection. The act is chosen and is already in talks with VRF about their participation in the fifteenth edition of the competition and respectively, second participation of the country. VRF © 2018 |

Dýria confirms participation!
Despite failing to qualify to the grand final yesterday, DRTV has confirmed that Dýria will continue to participate in the contest.
Despite open calls from some fans in the country to withdraw and a subsequent debate on Late Night with Nene Leakes, the broadcaster has confirmed that they have no intentions on withdrawing from the contest anytime soon.
The HoD announced this on Late Night with Nene Leakes, when Nene asked about participation, the HoD stated that:
Dýrian participation in Fantasia is a must. I'm sad that Elinborg failed to qualify, since she is very talented and deserved much more. However, there's not much you can do about that - we have to deal with it. The results of the past 7 editions tell us that there's no point pulling out now.
With this announcement, Dýria will be participating for the 15th time. The country hasn't missed an edition as of yet.
Selection process
Furthermore, DRTV announced that Dýrska Söngkeppnin would be cancelled for the near future, and that Dýria's entries from now would be selected internally. Most delegation members from the 4 language factions of DRTV agreed that due to Elinborg's non-qualification, the national selection would be scrapped. A member of the Irsan faction, Céamon Ó Leathlobair, commented that:
Cancelling the national selection wasn't something we wanted to do. But we found that given the result of the 14th edition, realistically the chances of hosting it again were very slim.
This means that an internal selection will be held once more. The selection method was used to select 9 of Dýria's entries so far. In #4 and #8, DRTV also held an internal selection to select their artist. While Dýrska Söngkeppnin has been a very enjoyable event to host, DRTV has announced that the interest in it has fallen significantly.
The artist that will represent Dýria will be revealed soon. The only hint DRTV gave is that the song will be in Dýrian.

Dýria has participated in the Fantasia Contest since the first edition. Their debut entry was La Roux and their song In For The Kill. As of the 15th edition, Dýria has yet to win the contest. In the 8th edition, VÉRITÉ managed to get the best result so far for Dýria, 2nd, just 29 points behind eventual winner Danskanksova. Dýria has qualified to the final in #1, #3, #5, #6 and from the 8th edition on-wards, until the streak ended in the 14th edition. |

EVERGREEN CONFIRMS
 EBC is once again able to confirm the participation of Evergreen in the upcoming fifteenth edition of the Fantasia Contest.
"They always make me say the same shit about our participation 'we wouldn't miss it blah blah public interest blah blah blah', you get the point, therefore I won't say anything this time xx," said senior producer at EBC, Marta Bureaucrat.
MELODY EVERGREEN RETURNS
When asked about the selection process for the upcoming edition, Ms. Bureaucrat revealed that Melody Evergreen will once again be put into action as Evergreen's national selection, this time reverting back to its roots.
"The format has gone through changes pretty much every edition, but this time we want to take it back to its roots, no fancy semi-finals or duels, just one grand final and one gold final," commented EBC Entertainment spokesperson, Callum Mac Cocoon, "We can also already reveal the 10 artists we have selected from a large pool of talent to participate in the selection. This time, we decided to implement a gender quota to the selection, meaning that 50% of the songs are primarily performed by male vocalists and 50% primarily by female vocalists, we're excited to see how this plays out."
