NIOLSKIAJ CONFIRMS!
 NN (Net Niolskiaj) is once again delighted to confirm Niolskiaj's participation in the Fantasia Contest for the upcoming 15th edition. The confirmation comes as no surprise, due to the peak in public interest surrounding the contest following Snow Ghosts' victory bringing the contest to Drukana for the first time.
"There's absolutely no way we're withdrawing in the near future," a spokesperson for NN said today, "Viewing figures keep on increasing, and there's plenty of interest from artists in a variety of different genres - there's so much to explore."
Regarding the selection method, the spokesperson announced: "Before officially confirming a selection method, we're going to open entry submissions and look at our options. However, if we had to express an option, we would say that a format similar to Niolfiestyval 13, in which two songs battle it out and are scored out of twelve by each voter, is most likely."

 Hwaesonna confirms participation in 15th Fantasia Contest officially confirms  Hwaesonna's participation in the 15th Fantasia Contest. After Saro's successful qualification to the final in the 14th edition, the broadcaster has announced that it will be present in the following edition. It has also been announced that The Hwae Home may return as the method of selection for the second time. More information to come. |

  Lanovina CONFIRMS for #15Ida Kudo to fly the Lanovian flag!Cöhln, 31st December: Just a few hours before  Lanovina's clocks strike midnight and the country enters 2019, LTR announced the Lanovian confirmation for FC #15. The confirmation is no surprise, considering Lanovina has not missed any edition so far and Fishbach's qualification only re-fueled the public interest in the contest.
The broadcaster also surprisingly revealed, that the artist has already been picked:  Ida Kudo is going to represent the country in the upcoming edition! This marks the first time in 12 editions that the artist was picked internally, after it previously occurred in #2 and #3 when Leïla Lanova and Zella Day were chosen internally. Ida was born in Børkstett, in the countryside of the state of Nordland, to a Lanovian father and a Jarean mother. A few years ago she moved to the capital city of Kystland, Kranburg, close to the  Fordian border. Since then she became popular as an underground artist who mixes pop, alternative and ethnic vibes in her music. In order to select her entry, Lanovision Song Festival 15 will be held. The exact amount of songs in the selection is not decided yet. |

 Glaray returns; entry to be internally selected
Television Glaray (TVG) confirmed the country's return to the contest following a press statement released earlier today. While the news was originally intended to be revealed exclusively on the episode of the return of The Wendy Williams Show, following two nominations at the Fantasia Contest Awards, the broadcaster wished to capitalise on the positive press due to the country's current attitude towards the contest.
Furthermore, it was confirmed the entry would be internally selected, with the broadcaster stating it would send an open call to record labels and send invitations to desired artists at the beginning of next week. Heads of Delegation Melina Shkurta and Aaron Castagnoli commented that "Fantasia Contest affairs had been temporarily disregarded following our withdrawal" but that the process of finding a suitable candidate was underway and would be 'intensive' as it would be paramount to rejuvenating interest from the public.
It was reported soon after that Rita Ora had expressed interest in competing and would be selected, but she denied these rumours, citing the 'attitude of the contest towards established artists' despite a desire to do so. |
