declan mckenna, a 20 year old born and raised in swanton, st. bonifacius is a post-emo modern mozart. he rose to fame with his song aquia, protesting the country of aquia when it hosted fantasia contest a few editions back when he was only 16.

declan will be the first male to represent juliana and also the youngest thus far, which meninists from across the country celebrate.

NEWS FROM PASHLANAHUY

Enjiri Qalasy • Yesterday, the Grand Final results were presented in Drukana. Pashlanahuy could record an immense audience at home... and they were not disappointed. After it was known that Oyme placed 4th in the Grand Final with an astonishing amount of 307 points (still can't really realize this, thank you all again xx), the Pashi broadcaster

PQB just couldn't withdraw from the upcoming edition. Therefore, the presence of Pashlanahuy in

Torlova is for sure.

But who will represent Pashlanahuy in their first automatic qualification to the final? Pashi Zhuldyzy will decide this one more time. 12 songs will be fighting for the right to represent our beloved country. In case of a tense voting, a Super Final will be organized.

Following names are rumoured* to compete in the 7th edition of Pashi Zhuldyzy:

On February 4, TTV officially confirms their participation in the upcoming edition and also reveals their entry.
A jury panel made up of the TTV staff, Trivanian music professionals and the Trivanian president has selected the following:

FEVER RAY TO REPRESENT TRIVANIA!

The solo project of the Knife's Karin Dreijer, Fever Ray shares some of that group's icy electronic atmospheres, but takes a slightly more organic-sounding approach. Fever Ray began after the Knife finished their promotional duties for their 2006 album, Silent Shout, and Dreijer had her second child; she worked on demos and song ideas by herself, then collaborated with producer Christoffer Berg, who had mixed the Knife's music. Word of the project surfaced during the summer of 2008 and the first music, an instrumental version of "If I Had a Heart," appeared on Fever Ray's MySpace page that fall. Fever Ray was available in January 2009 as a digital download, and the album was physically released that spring. Dreijer returned to the Knife with 2013's Shaking the Habitual and the following year's Shaken-Up Versions. In 2017, she issued the Fever Ray single "To the Moon and Back" shortly before the surprise release of the full-length Plunge, which received a physical release in February 2018. In 2019, she is ready to fly the

Trivanian flag in Fantasia Contest 15, held in

Torlova.

RÖYKSOPP TO JOIN FEVER RAY!

Röyksopp are an

Angosturan electronic music duo, formed in 1998. The duo consists of Svein Berge and Torbjørn Brundtland.

Berge and Brundtland were introduced to each other through a mutual friend in Angostura. They enjoyed the same films and music, and shared an interest in electronics. The two experimented with various forms of electronic music, and bought a drum machine together before going their separate ways. Several years later, the two met up again and formed Röyksopp during the Electro Wave. After experimenting with different genres of electronic music, the band solidified their place in the electronica scene with their 2001 debut album, Melody A.M., released on the Wall of Sound record label.

Röyksopp has consistently experimented with various genres pertaining to electronic music. Stylistically, the band makes use of various genres, including ambient, house music and synth-pop. The band is also known for its elaborate concert performances, which often feature eccentric outfits. In Fantasia Contest 8, the guys have brought Angostura their second qualification and ended up nineteenth in the final.
In 2019, they will join Fever Ray to represent Trivania in the fifteenth edition of Fantasia Contest.

WILL REPRESENT AQUIA!

Conan Osiris (29) has been chosen by Rede Globo to represent Aquia in the fifteenth edition of the Fantasia Contest in Torlova after the cancelation of Festival da Canção 15.

Conan Osiris is the artistic name of the Aquian artist Tiago Miranda. Tiago named himself "Conan" after the character of the anime series Mirai Shonen Konan, making reference to the fact that this character kept growing his knowledge despite knowing the end of the world was there. Conan, after having a Design degree, being a translator and working in voting tables, says he could die feeling fulfilled. Still, he somehow feels empty and has the sensation that he hasn't actually done anything. "I always stay in limbo. In fact, if the world ended tomorrow, I would freak the fuck out".

It is precisely this notion of "limbo" that seems to have been created on purpose for this guy who works in a sex shop in São João. He feels the impulse to create, but often he doesn't like what he does. He does not remember "super-important scenes" that he has done throughout his life, but he knows by heart "the level at which Bulbasaur evolves [creature of the celebrated Pokémon game that changes according to the points he wins in virtual battles]." He hated fado, but today he is always present in the schizophrenic electronics he creates. It is in this ball of apparent contradictions that one of the most refreshing artists of recent times lives and, without pretensions or any kind of arrogance, he begins to assert himself as a cult musician in the more alternative fringes of Aquian music.

The song will be selected via live national selection. Three of his songs will compete live to represent the country in the contest. This would be a very similar method to the one hosted last edition.

Lidonia confirms!

After the great 14th place in the latest edition of the Fantasia Contest, RTL, the

Lidonian broadcaster have confirmed the presence of the nation at the 15th edition, making it's 9th consecutive appearance.
Despite strong rumours in the past days online and in newspapers that another edition of the National selection NPVS would run, the broadcaster confirmed today that after three editions with (partly) National Selections in a row, the entry will be internally selected. The HoD stated as reason that "we found what we believe is the perfect artist to represent us in the Fantasia Contest". The broadcaster plans to reveal its entry soon, currently the artist is still doing some fine tuning to the selected song.

Bazart is a

Beklian band and Eefje de Visser is a

Corzazi-Beklian singer from Beklüm the Beklian speaking province of

Corzazjan. This marks the first time the country is sending something in the regional language Beklian to the contest, which can be considered odd, due to the war that's going on about the

Beklian state. The broadcaster stated that the contest has nothing to do with modern day's political issues and that they just selected the best song internally sent to them.

Local media platforms, however, suspect otherwise and published several articles containing the reasoning behind selecting the band and singer, which would be to make a political statement regarding the alarming situation in the South Sakodan area, mainly in the countries
