DECORIA'S GOT US GOOD  Kandle will represent the pre-qualified Frootania!The Frootish committee assigned for the administration of the pre-qualified act at the 17th Fantasia Contest, held in  Decoria, has revealed their entrant and the song sung in the grand final and the subsequent new beginning of the country. Despite shutting down on the broadcaster, the country will continue to participate in the contest until a substitute service has been found to replace it permanently. This also marks the fourth pre-qualified entry, stemming from the good results the country ever since debuting in the fourth edition.
I'm afraid this will consume me.
 Kandle Kandle Osborne, singer-songwriter focused on indie-rock and playing guitar, has been selected to represent the country in Decoria where she already charted and rose to slight popularity this year. Kandle's music has been described as elegiac and moody, with nods to Tom Waits, PJ Harvey and classic blues. She draws inspiration from her own life as a longtime child of the road, as well as her chronic pain caused by migraines. She has collaborated with artists such as  Coeur de Pirate, with their song "Baby" raising to popularity among the powerful emotional bangers "Not Up To Me" and "In Your Shadow". However, the selected entry goes a different route.

  JBH has announced the Jarean representative(s)! After many weeks of intense deliberation at JBH, the artist and song for Norfort can finally be announced!
For the third edition in a row the song is primarily in Koran and is being sung by a girl group, continuing the streak of girl groups representing Jarea. It comprises of both Jarean and Hwae individuals, and is the hottest new artist in Jarea.

Frigg / Levalle / 21 August 2019 After an unsuccessful attempt of changing the selection method last edition, the Levallese national broadcaster, Levalle Brødkorpori (LB) decided to get back to the tried-and-true internal selection for the third time. After holding auditions for the contest, and whilst plenty of gossips were going around on who their entrant may be, LB kept all information in silence. However, the rumour mill can finally die down as the fourth Levallese representative has just been revealed.
ASTRID GNOSIS 
Astrid Gnosis is a multidisciplinary artist, working mainly with sound, video and performance. Her practice revolves around themes of violence and urgency. She will will take to the Fantasia stage in Norfort to represent Levalle with the song "Drop Dead". Astrid Gnosis is marking her own stamp in dissecting the all-consuming capitalist structures in which we are all so very knowingly self-aware of our role and yet willingly partake in. In straddling the cyclical nature of consumerism, Gnosis in equal measure swallows, digests and expulses these elements in her work, with a healthy sprinkling of socio-political and cultural seasoning.
"Strong imagery runs through my videos; the viewer is confronted with a combination of the surreal to violent thread as seen in the music video for "Drop Dead". I’m very comical in real life. I come across as serious maybe even hostile on stage but I don’t take myself or anything so seriously. Comedy is a huge part of life. Tragedy can be comical at times. There seems to be a misconception in our narcissistic world that our ultimate goal is to be happy in life. I disagree. To enjoy life one must have a certain tragic disposition. It is important to maintain a sense of humour when things don’t go our way because they will more often than not be unexpected. I simply glorify discomfort as a state of being."
The "Drop Dead" music video comments on the desensitization. On the cognitive dissonance between fiction/entertainment and facts. Astrid Gnosis wants to speak about this case to a wider audience. It is not so much about the style of music, but the experience of music, and the message within it. She would like to influence people that come to see her in Decoria to stand for something worth a lifetime even if that takes a lifetime of pain and madness to accomplish.

    Eldance going with a Sax! Saskatoon, Olddell - The Eldancan statewide selection for Fantasia Contest 16, came to an end. As part of the last countries being revealed this Wednesday on the 4 major Eldancan channels CBS, EBC, NEBC, and The CW. After a long tour around the country, the State Juries and the Eldancan viewers decided that the honor of representing  Eldance in Decoria goes to Renan Pitanga with the song "Sax", which also means CBS will take back leadership/broadcast of Eldance for this edition the last time being the 13th editon. SUNSHINE & STARS 17 Tonight it was finally time to choose the Eldancan contestant for the 17th of the Fantasia Contest, also marking the 15th edition of Eldancan selection in Fantasia, as the final of Sunshine & Stars took place in Olddell's Sumter E-Mobile Arena. After the Eldancan state juries and the Eldancan televoting casted their votes it was a close race until the end knowing that the state of Bustamante's own Renan Pitanga will represent Eldance in Decoria with the song "Sax". This is the first time that Eldance will be sending a song that is not  Everish. And will send a song in  Aquian / Eldança.ARTIST Renan Pitanga  Renan is an Eldancan musician from Rio de Mason, Bustamante and currently residing in Los Rios Azuls, Corona. On the eleventh of August the Ximbali public broadcasting company, Univisa, confirmed the participation of the Latinican nation of Ximbala in the seventeenth edition of the Fantasia Contest and confirmed an internal selection process was to be held to find the country's next entry.

The winner of the ninth edition of FlírskSong has been revealed. 3.6 million votes were cast during the fifteen minutes the voting was open, an increase of 0.8 million.
The first songs eliminated are:

It was a narrow race in the first round against Paténipat, with "Ryvok" having 12.32% of the vote, less than 1% higher than "Paténipat". however, voters in the Gold Final had Ryvok receive 33.96% of the votes in the Gold Final, over 10% higher than second place "Paténipat".
