OHHYUK & CIFIKA
OHHYUK, better known as Oh Hyuk, is a Hwaesonnan singer hailing from the resort city of Kaigee. He grew up moving across Hwaesonna as his parents switched from job to job, often bringing nothing but himself, his clothes, and his guitar with him to the next place. In his early teens, his family returned to Kaigee where he began self-publishing music under the name Hyukoh. Later on, Hyukoh became a band with the addition of three other musicians to great success in Hwaesonna. However, Oh Hyuk continued to release solo music under the name of OHHYUK in order to not draw attention away from the band. Both OHHYUK and Hyukoh releases are very successful in Hwaesonna. Hyukoh's debut album, 23, charting #1 for five weeks in 2017.
CIFIKA is a 29 year-old self-taught musician from the streets of Lephidross, Hwaesonna's largest city. She began making music just a few short years ago on a whim, guided by the influence of artists such as Flume,  Björk, and James Blake. Her music took off in Lephidross's electronic music scene, and from there, her music began to make waves on Hwaesonnan radio. CIFIKA has released multiple singles and two EPs, Intelligentsia and Prism. She is known for the seamless combination of electro-pop and r&b into an ephemeral atmosphere within her music. CIFIKA has built an occult following throughout Hwaesonna, and interest abroad is beginning to swell.
OHHYUK and CIFIKA's paths crossed at a small music festival in Lephidross in October 2017. In the dingy hotel room rented by CIFIKA, the pair hit it off and created their song "MOMOM" with help of a bit of booze and philisophical discussion. "MOMOM" details the pairs philiosophy on death, an exceptionally serious topic. The song is a stark comparison to the music video, which features the likes of Kermit the Frog and Spongebob Squarepants. CIFIKA described the music video, which was conceived while sharing memes late at night with Ohhyuk, as an "escape from the seriousness of the lyrics."

 DECORIA CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION! DRT has now officially confirmed that the country will be competing in the upcoming 17th edition of the Fantasia Contest. Following their victory last edition, the country has announced their intention to host the upcoming edition. The selection process, however, was not confirmed as of now. When asked if the country will go internally again or if Dekorifestivalen will be making its return this edition, the Head of Delegation said that both scenarios are still possible. "The broadcaster is still not decided on our selection process. Internal selection worked perfectly for us last edition, so maybe we'll use that again. But on the other hand, the interest for representing Decoria has risen even more this edition, so Dekorifestivalen is still an option."— Dimitris Ioannou, Decorian Head of Delegation Apart from the statement given by the Head of Delegation, there have been rumours that Dekorifestivalen will indeed make its return, but the acts competing will be decreased from the usual 10 participants. It's been also rumoured that DRT has approached several artists with the intentions of hosting Dekorifestivalen with only one artist. Several websites also reported that people want Weyes Blood to defend her crown in Decoria. KINGDOVANIA CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION IN FANTASIA CONTEST #17
Despite achieving their worst result in the 16th edition, KRTV has confirmed that Kingdovania will still be present in the 17th edition of the Fantasia Contest.
Sources also state that the broadcaster is already in talks with an entrant to represent the nation in the upcoming edition,
and an announcement regards who will represent Kingdovania is expected to take place within the next couple of days.
Same sources also state that a national selection will be organized to select the song for the selected entrant.
More information is to be revealed in the coming days. Stay tuned!

ALL4ONE ARTISTS REVEALED
Seeburg - ARFA has revealed the artists competing in the second edition of All4One, the Moly-Boronian National Selection. Due to construction problems in the Ueli-Maurer-Halle in Kronsburg the selection is delayed until the 9th of August at the very least. ARFA, the contructors and the city of Kronsburg all work together to fix the issues as soon as possible, so that the NS can get on its way. In the meantime, the Moly-Boronian delegation has decided to announce the artists competing in the second edition. The theme of the second edition is "One country - many languages" and will heavily focus on dialects and minority languages spoken within Moly-Boronia.
Act 1 | Tautumeitas - the group of sisters Asnate and Aurelia Rancate and four of their friends. Born in Drevona but now living in the city of Dürmentingen, the six perform their songs in Boronian Drevonic a dialect of Drevonan spoken by the Drevonan minority within Moly-Boronia.
Act 2 | Alex Boyé - a gospel singer from the country's capital Seeburg. He will perform his entry together with the Seeburg University Choir and the Philharmonic Orchestra of the National School of Music. He became famous within Fantasia for his Tribal cover of "Let It Go". He will feature the Kehbé language in his performance
Act 3 | Mattiu Defuns - a upcoming singer from the Halogene region, Mattiu Defuns sings his songs in Traditional Boronian.
Act 4 | NORMA - Norma Schulz, known by her stage name NORMA is a staple performer within the European community and the state of Europa. She will perform her song in Europesean, the official language of the Moly-Boronian state of Europa. |
