 ARE You Ready TO KNOW LLORT'S NEXT ENTRY?
YES YOU ARE!The 3rd edition of Llort Rats concluded with a clear winner. The song "Blacklight" by Nitram-based band Yes You Are is the Llortish act for the 17th Fantasia Contest. Yes You Are is a female-fronted band which labels their music style as black pop. Their members include lead vocalist Kianna Alarid (lead vocals), Jared White (rhythm guitar and vocals), Jacob Temeyer (lead guitar and keyboards), Joseph Wilner (drums), and Willie Jordan (bass guitar). They will be performing in Decoria as the Llortish representative in the hopes of bringing the country a third appearance in the final. We wish them the best of luck.

Alkyria's grand reveal!
After an honorable 11th place scored by Violet Chachki in Egline, HGP decided to go bold yet again.
Searching nationwide for the entrant to represent the Alkyrian Republic in the seventeenth edition of Fantasia Contest, one managed to snatch the crown and will now go to Decoria.
And now, ladies, gentlemen and everyone staring randomly at this thread waiting for the news to arrive oop, the next Alkyrian entry is:

 Born as Ashton Casey in Xhago from Alkyrian parents, Ashnikko is quite a stand-out in the local music industry. At the young age of 5, she moved with her parents in several countries as her father was working in several agencies regarding the IPESF organization. Therefore, she spent most of her life travelling in countries like Torlova, Flirskmasto and Sincuerello, before returning back in her native country to begin her music career as an aspiring rapper at 12."Most of the times I was just simply fooling myself at school - roasting a few classmates, making troubles, the typical teenager I should say. However many thought that I could be a really good rapper, so I just thought "you know what, fuck this shit and let's just go with it". And from there I started uploading on underground music outlets in Alkyria and hoped someone would dig it. And here we are now today."
She released her first EP entitled "Sass Pancakes" on the outlet back in early 2018 with low receive but a promising start for such a young act. However, her most recent EP, called "Hi, It's Me" blew up online and made her a local sensation, with songs like "Manners" and "Hi, It's Me" becoming viral. But the lucky one was "Special", which basically shades all the fuckboys that ever dared to cross her."I sincerely like that Alkyria usually gives the freedom of expression when it comes to Fantasia Contest. Makes things way more easier, since it sucks when people play by rules. You know, crazy nation, crazy people, but if that means other countries are digging it, it's a fucking win in our book. Bring it on, Fantasia! We're ready."

 JBH can confirm that Jarea will be present in Decoria!After getting 8th place in the Final of Fantasia Contest #16 , Jarean Broadcasting House can confirm that Jarea will be present in the seventeenth edition of the Fantasia Contest. The selection method will be internal, and the language of the song is still unknown, following the trend from last edition for Jarea. |

Frigg / Levalle / 11 August 2019 The Levallese national broadcaster, Levalle Brødkorpori (LB) has just confirmed that the country will be present at the 17th Fantasia Contest in Decoria. This marks Levalle's fourth consecutive appearance at the contest, having debuted in #14.
The delegation also announced that the entry for the forthcoming edition had been selected internally. Last time, a national selection was organised for the first time in Levalle's history. Unfortunately, due to a very low interest and disappointing ratings Firrasingi Lavallie will not be back to select the fourth representative of the mountainous land.
Foie Gras was crowned as the winner of FL #1 and travelled to Egline to represent her homeland. Her attempt, though, turned out to be to unsuccessful. "Sisyphus" finished in eleventh place in the third semi-final, marking Levalle's third consecutive non-qualification and nation's worst placing in their history.
Another unsatisfactory result made LB reach its' lowest ever audience for the competition. Viewing figures as a whole decreased by around 21%. Neither of the semi-finals nor the grand final placed within the top 20 television shows broadcast in Levalle during June. The national broadcaster desires to bring hope back to the Fantasia Contest followers from Levalle and has high hopes for their next entrant.

VIDEOCLUB TO REPRESENT LAKADAMIA
Yesterday evening, the TRLK revealed the next Lakadamian entry for the Fantasia Contest #17.
An internal selection has been held by the broadcaster.
And therefore, the artists that will be representing Lakadamia are...

VIDEOCLUB is a duet composed of Adèle Castillon and Matthieu Reynaud which started getting known in Youtube, in Lakadamia,
following their first song, Amour Plastique which has 16 millions of views. Their second song, Roi, has 6 millions views.
The entry selected for them is their third and most recent song, En nuit.
The title of the song can mean two different Lakadamian words which has pronounced the same:
Ennui (boring/bored) / En nuit (at night)

Republic of Shinkoyu will parctipate in the song contest.
Following huge protests in the North-East of the country that the song entry from MIN in the last edition of the contest - which topped the Star40 Chart in Shinkoyu for 5 weeks - didn't qualify, expectations were that Shinkoyu was not going to participate in the contest any more.
But after talks with an area of Krungthep where expats are in high numbers, the singing duo Jackson and Emma, known collectively as Loote, will represent the nation.
The duo work together in the music industry in different factors and were songwriters for the radio hit song 'ruin my life' by singer Zara Larsson.
The duo were born in Krungthep, but are named by some in Beizhin as "bánrèn" (meaning half-person) as their parents were expats into the country and not officially from backgrounds known wider in the country. But singer Emma told STVR - "I was born here, he was born here, we both did our educations here, we speak more than just one language, we understand the culture and so we're holding the flag this time for the nation and we're representing"
The duo are going to be taking their laid-back slow pop song 'tomorrow tonight' to the contest.

 De Vremdspongeln comes back after a one edition absence!
Last edition the country had to withdraw from the competition, but today the Head of Delegation Laura Trocknens confirmed that De Vremdspongeln will take part in the 17th edition.
The delegation is already in talks with various artists from different regions and genres, and it's just a matter of time before the participant gets revealed. Until then, the HoD asks every Vremd fan to be patient, cause the team wants to accomplish the best possible comeback to the biggest music festival in Fantasia.
As soon as the news popped up, the rumour mill began to work, but so far nothing has been confirmed nor denied by the broadcaster.
De Vremdspongeln was last represented by the talented vocalist Akine and her song No Gold in the 15th edition, where she reached a very respectable 8th place in the Semi-Final, getting close to a qualification.

    U.S. ELDANCE CONFIRMS! Saskatoon, Olddell -  CBS, EBC, NEBC, & The CW (Big 4) confirmed that the country would be taking part in the upcoming 17th edition of the Fantasia Contest. The Big 4 broadcasters revealed that the Eldancan statewide national selection Sunshine & Stars will be held for the 14th consecutive edition still being the longest running selection in the Fantasia Contest. The format of the selection will be the different from the past edition including a special twist; The format of the competition will be consisted of 2 shows: a final and a star final, the winning state of last edition is not automatically in the final. 20 States will take part in statewide |
