Albania 2020 • Arilena Ara - "Fall from the Sky"

Overall a for me, but might grow. I'm also salty but I appreciate her vocal ability and the powerful instrumental!

I really like this. it's powerful and emotional at least it is in Albanian. I feel this will get 2017 type revamp and probably result in the end and imo it's worse than "World". I don't see the revamp really making this better and could ruin all good parts of it. I would rather have her sing in Albanian but make instrumental more interesting. I love Arilena and I don't want her to be wasted in the SF with a messy revamp that will make song lose it's charm. I mean Albania did miles better in the past 2 years having the song non-translated sooo why go back to that now.

Also this might sound hypocritical at me saying Serbia needs a song in English to do well but she has a balkan ballad and with balkan ballad, the charm was/still is singing in national language and English would just ruin all the charm that balkan ballad still would have in 2020 (We all know balkan ballads are not doing well recently after we had so many of them in the past).

This is miles better than me tana and hopefully it can do decently in Rotterdam but we will see after we get all the songs.

I’m happy to finally see Arilena representing Albania. She is damn talented and deserved her crown but... This song is totally what I generally love but to be honest, it’s probably one of the weakest dramatic ballads Albania have sent in this decade I think? Anyway, I generally love it so I’m gonna give it a for now.
