 Luxembourg has like a 100x better music industry than  Solomon Islands (who can’t borrow, which I agree with) even if it is smaller. It also won the biggest contest on the forums with a native act too. At least if Luxembourg is going to borrow, maybe they should only have access to 1 country only because making it able to borrow from 3 basically makes it one of the most strongest countries in the contest. I’m actually against borrowing for all nations, but it’s just my opinion and won’t stop me from participating  |

I had Luxembourg in one contest and i can say I'm surprised about the amount of singers i found from there. Sure Luxembourgish music scene isn't big indeed but it's still bigger than the Montenegrin one for example. Speaking for Montenegro, I can't understand why it's allowed to borrow in some contests, they always sent native acts at ESC and their ESC NFs had only native singers.

I guess Luxembourg usually borrows because their music is not for everyone (it’s less contest-friendly, and such songs usually don’t do well and you need a lot of research to find something good). That was the main reason why it still borrows in my contest, looking at what users usually prefer to vote for. But generally I agree that no country should be allowed to borrow in a contest based on all the countries in the world.

I think Luxembourg if borrows should be only from Belgium as it is the neighbor who has better relationships
