Luxembourg has like a 100x better music industry than Solomon Islands (who can’t borrow, which I agree with) even if it is smaller. It also won the biggest contest on the forums with a native act too. At least if Luxembourg is going to borrow, maybe they should only have access to 1 country only because making it able to borrow from 3 basically makes it one of the most strongest countries in the contest. I’m actually against borrowing for all nations, but it’s just my opinion and won’t stop me from participating totally agree and for me it always looks like that the participants of this countries would only take those countries as a substitute because the big ones (France, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom,...) are already taken.
maybe we can make a poll about whether countries in general are allowed to borrow

CONFIRMATIONS HAVE CLOSED 43 countries confirmed their intent to participate this edition, with 41 sending entries. 2 countries ( kastrix89 , Matilda [AQ]) have received a strike each and will lose their countries this edition for failing to send an entry by the deadline. 2 countries ( konrαd , ᴛᴏᴍ ᴋʟᴏsᴇʀ ) have received half a strike each for failing to send an entry with a replacement video.
If the users mentioned above send their entries/replacement videos by 8 AM PST/19:00 CET, their strikes will be removed and their countries will be given back to them.
SEMI-FINAL ONE WILL BE UPLOADED SOON!
