MEET THE MOROCCAN CONTESTANTAfter several months of silence, the Moroccan broadcaster is finally happy to announce its contestant for the 33rd edition of North Vision Song Contest. We can reveal that the negotiations were hard due to the current situation, but the long speculations can be confirmed. Our contestant is GHITA! On North Vision Song Contest she will perform her song "On My Mind", and the music video is recorded in Marrakesh and Casablanca in order to showcase the beauty of Morocco and to help our tourism. Greece also finished their selection
process with 2 songs final: is it Ego or Pame Pame representing the Mediterranean nation? Lebanon is another nation participating in the
super show for the second edition in a row: what bop will they deliver this time? The host of the last edition, Luxembourg has already chosen its
representative Bolshiee but which of the four songs, performed in the national selection, will she perform in Georgia? We'll also see an
amazing joint selection of the Czech Republic and Slovakia which will reveal the results of their national selection. Nordic nations of Sweden
and Denmark will also reveal the results of their iconic national finals.

THE UNITED KINGDOM CHOSE ITS ENTRANT!
IZZY BIZU WINS NORTHVISION: YOUR DECISION 33
London – This evening the UK public and an international jury chose the British representative for NVSC 33. With 2253 points Izzy Bizu won the selection "Northvision: Your Decision". Her song "Faded" placed 1st in the Televoting and 2nd in the Jury ranking. She therefore received 29 points more than the runner-up Grace Carter (Don't Hurt Like It Used To). Astraea and her song "Tonight I Run" placed 3rd with 2037 points. It was a very close run but after all more people preferred "Faded".
26 year-old Isobel Beardshaw, better known as Izzy Bizu is an English musician from London. Her mother is  Ethiopian and her father  English. She made her debut in 2013 with her EP "Coolbeanz". Her biggest success so far is her 2015 song "White Tiger" from her debut album A Moment of Madness.
Speaking about the song "Faded", Izzy Bizu said:
“This song is about the highs and lows of a relationship and the last night you spend together! The video reflects the loneliness we feel when beautiful memories disappear in a crowd, but feeling alone because you miss that one person.”
Faded is described as retro banger. It features a mix of bright '80s inspired aesthetics through the use of drum padding and electronic keys that open up her vocals to delicately guid the listener.
