I have a question - what will we do if Ireland doesn't send entry - will it not participate in the contest and place in the final will be given to 4th place (in this case, Portugal) or we will wait until Ireland sends an entry? If one of the Top 3 doesn't send an entry, then the 4th place gets the AQ position instead.  But Ireland submitted meanwhile so it's not an issue anymore, and it hasn't happened often before either (maybe once or twice at most, cannot even remember). |

We welcome back our players from  Australia,  Costa Rica,  Sweden and  Slovakia (special shoutout to Jozef who returns to our contest after 22 editions! ) and greet our new players for  Algeria,  Singapore and the  United States.
Algeria is back after an absence of 75 editions!
