 Poland decided to withdraw from this edition. A return in the 88th edition is very likely.

There are many contests who would accept that, but I hope Wwwsc doesn't belong to them. |

I have a question - what will we do if Ireland doesn't send entry - will it not participate in the contest and place in the final will be given to 4th place (in this case, Portugal) or we will wait until Ireland sends an entry?
